Free Super Saver Shipping Details
Free Super Saver Shipping applies to an order that exceeds $50.00. If your order exceeds $50.00 excluding items that do not qualify for free shipping, you will only be charged for shipping fees on the ineligible item(s).
Details:
- Applies only to orders with over $50.00 of eligible products to a single address, excluding handling charges, shipping upgrades and taxes.
- Free Super Saver Shipping is available only to U.S. addresses in the contiguous 48 States.
- BrightShine does not ship to APO, FPO or P.O. Boxes.
- BrightShine reserves the right to change or discontinue Free Super Saver Shipping at any time.
Note: Canceling items, combining orders, or changing your shipping address, speed, or preference might affect your order's eligibility for Super Saver Shipping.

BrightShine has several shipment options depending on what products you are ordering. Products that can be shipped via a parcel carrier such as UPS or FedEx have the following Options:

Products Shipping via Common Carrier Options:
Common Carrier to a Commercial Address with Loading Dock: Commercial addresses are those defined by the corresponding carrier as commercial sites. Typically these addresses are zoned as commercial real estate. To qualify for this rate, the address must have tractor trailer access with a loading dock suitable for unloading with a pallet jack or fork lift. Businesses being operated from homes, apartments, or other dwellings where people live on the premises are not considered commercial addresses.
Common Carrier to a Commercial Address with Liftgate: Commercial addresses are those defined by the corresponding carrier as commercial sites. Typically these addresses are zoned as commercial real estate. Liftgate delivery is provided for those businesses not equipped with a loading dock. Businesses being operated from homes, apartments, or other dwellings where people live on the premises are not considered commercial addresses.
Common Carrier to a Residential Address: This shipping method should be chosen with caution. Most residential areas are not suitable for delivery without a liftgate. The driver in most cases will NOT be able to assist with unloading the item.
Common Carrier to a Residential Address with Liftgate: Most residential deliveries via common carrier should choose this method. Note: Most carriers prevent their drivers from assisting with the unloading of heavy equipment other than to lower the delivery via the liftgate to ground level. Please have the necessary manpower available to receive your items with limited delay to the driver.
Do you allow orders where the shipping address is different from the billing address?
Yes we do, however, the address must be a physical address and not a P.O. Box. Sometimes a shipping delay may occur if our fraud prevention measures require further verification of the order.
How do you calculate shipping costs?
If the order is being shipped by a parcel carrier, such as UPS or FedEx, we verify the shipping costs through the carrier's real time cost utilities.
If the order must be shipped via a common carrier, we use several freight carrier utilities to calculate the cost. We also have optional upgrades for liftgate and residential delivery.
Can I ship to multiple addresses with a single order?
No, if you need to ship to two or more addresses, you will need to process each order separately for each address.
How long should it take to deliver my package?
Most orders arrive within 7 to 14 days depending on the shipment method selected. Orders for furniture or large equipment may take longer. If you need expedited delivery, please contact us via phone to ensure that we can meet your delivery schedule.
I am not a U.S Customer. Will you accept my order?
Yes, however we do not take overseas orders online. Please contact our call center at 1-800-892-3622 for assistance. Non U.S shipments require payment via bank draft or wire prior to shipment.
How long will it take for Furniture items?
Furniture items usually have a longer lead time before shipment. Depending on the type of furniture, your order may take up to six weeks to arrive. The shipping estimates for furniture are usually listed with each product; however in some cases, due to heavy or seasonal order volume, the listed lead time may not be accurate. If the lead time is going to exceed the listed lead time, we will make every effort to let you know in advance.
What if I need installation?
At the current time, BrightShine does not provide installation coverage in all 48 Contiguous States. If you need installation assistance, we will try to help you locate a local authorized installer.
